As a teacher, I want to inspire students to reach their full potential. I want to instill confidence in them so that they can take up challenges to push themselves to reach their fullest potential and have critical thinking skills. Incorporating their interests in my teaching will also help them to be engaged and focused. I believe learning is a journey for them. They should not be afraid to make mistakes and learn from them. Beyond learning, I want them to be a team player, respecting and helping their peers.
