My Teaching Philosophy

I believe that the teaching and learning process is not 'one size fits all '. I completely agree with Ignacio Estrada when he said that 'If a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way she/he learns.’ My classroom has a welcoming, positive and a fair environment where all students learn from one another and feel safe and comfortable to share their thoughts and ideas.
